By downloading or using Math Blitz you agree to these terms, together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your license to the app.

License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.

Fair play

Leaderboards are intended to reflect genuine play. Do not attempt to tamper with scores, achievements or the app's data. Leaderboard and achievement availability is provided by Apple Game Center and may change or be removed at any time.

Your progress

Game progress is stored on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost through device loss, deletion of the app or Reset Progress.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Hecano LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
